1. I consent to receive email communications from the Women’s Network and communications related to this event (including reminders or important changes to event details), and future event invitations, announcements, and other communications. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing to the email communications.
2. Photography and filming
Please be advised that this event may be photographed and/or filmed by or on behalf of the Women’s Network. By attending the event, in-person or virtually, you (and, if you are a minor, your parent/legal guardian): (i) acknowledge and agree that your attendance at the event may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded; (ii) irrevocably grant to Women’s Network all necessary rights in respect of the worldwide perpetual use of such materials, which may include your image, voice, comments and any other likeness, without compensation, credit and/or further approval, as is or as may be edited, in connection with the event in any manner or medium whatsoever (including without limitation in online event-related materials); and (iii) release Women’s Network and any other third party involved in the event from any liability in connection with such use.
3. I agree to my name, title, department, company, and email being shared with the Sponsors of the event. I understand that my information is being shared so that the above-named sponsors can contact me following the event to promote their business and services.
4. Force Majeure. In no event shall the WOMEN’S NETWORK be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, failure of carrier or utilities, equipment or transmission failure or damage that is reasonably beyond its control, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that the Trustee shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices in the banking industry to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
5. You hereby release the WOMEN’S NETWORK and any of its representatives from any damages arising from personal injuries, no matter however incurred including out of negligence, as a result of your participation in the Event. You assume the risks mentioned above and understand you are doing so at your own risk and forfeit any form of legal recourse, including but not limited to any form of damages. Further, you agree these provisions apply to you, your family, heirs, executors, or anyone else who may be able to bring a legal action on your behalf in the future.
