Aileen Black

Aileen Black is a marketing professional based in Hamilton. She has a background in communications, business development, and events within the private sector. Aileen works as a Marketing and Business Development Specialist at Gowling WLG, an international corporate law firm. She works out of the Hamilton office.

As the resident event planner, Aileen works to create memorable experiences for our network of women so they can celebrate their accomplishments. Aileen specializes in personalizing each event according to the theme, choosing unique attributes that keep our attendees coming back.

It’s pretty easy to pinpoint where her love of entertaining came from. As a child, she planned her birthday parties to the nines…think bowling, crafts, a fashion show, and mani’s/ pedi’s. All in one day.

Aileen completed her Honours Bachelor of Public Relations from the University of Ottawa and has a diploma in Public Relations Diploma from Algonquin College.

When she isn’t choosing our next hip venue or designing an event backdrop, Aileen is renovating her cute rowhouse in Corktown, Hamilton, or spending time with her kitty cat, Gracie.
