Known as a rainmaker with a strong reputation for execution, Kristine is a strategic leader, relationship builder, and curator of mutually beneficial opportunities. Her innovative, entrepreneurial approach has enabled her to spearhead meaningful transformation across organizations, industries, and communities. With more than 15 years of experience, Kristine specializes in marketing and communications, business and relationship development, brand and reputation management, strategy, and institutional advancement.

Kristine’s academic and professional research focuses on women’s networks, leadership, reputation, and social capital. After earning her Master of Communications Management in 2018 (McMaster University, ON / Syracuse University, NY), her work was published in the Journal of Professional Communication for her paper “Reputation and Social Capital: A Hammer for the Glass Ceiling” and she was accepted into the prestigious BledCom Conference in Slovenia.

A sought-after speaker, Kristine regularly appears on panels addressing leadership, change management, women’s empowerment, mentorship, and community impact. Her contributions have been recognized with multiple awards, including the YWCA Women of Distinction Award for Business Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation (2022), Top 40 Under 40 (Hamilton, 2021), and most recently the Social Impact Rising Leader Award at the Hamilton Gives Gala (December 2025). She is also a three-time nominee for the Women’s Executive Network’s Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women awards.
