ThemeProfessional & Relationship Development From Your Desk!

About the 2023 theme: EMERGE

This time last year, we were reflecting on the lessons learned from the pandemic. We saw an opportunity to pave a new way forward, rather than going back to “how things were.”

As such, our second conference was built around the theme RE [ENVISION] — seizing the moment to envision (or re-envision!) our future and to be intentional and deliberate about creating the “next normal” for ourselves.

The theme of this year’s summit is EMERGE, which focuses on supporting and inspiring women as they move to a proactive state and into a mindset where they are moving the needle on achieving their personal and professional goals.

While the pandemic may be behind us, a recession is looming and the workforce is changing. Women are demanding new ways of working and contributing, and calling for more accountability — on both sides of the table. Women are embracing the gig economy and creating better boundaries for ourselves, our mental health, and the things that matter most to each of us. Collectively, we are revitalized with ambition, intention, and purpose as we seek to contribute to our organizations in the highest way we can.

The 2023 Summit will include a robust agenda of keynote presentations, mini workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities that will explore the theme of EMERGE.

For the first time, we’ll also be offering a special in-person cocktail party in the evening to connect with each other and celebrate International Women’s Day.

We hope to see you there!

PLATFORM

What is a virtual event platform?

Together with our platform sponsor, Connect Event Hub, we’re pleased to bring you the Remo virtual event experience.  Unlike Zoom or a one-dimensional viewing experience, Remo allows for both viewing and conversational modes, stimulated by small group tables and name keys to help you connect with only those you want to.  Other platform elements include chat, private messaging, guest profiles, and the ability to engage live with our speakers.  We can’t wait for you to experience a Remo event.
