Josie Cassano Rizzuti is an accomplished communications strategist and consultant with a rich background in finance, marketing, and strategic leadership. Currently at ArcelorMittal Dofasco, she contributes to key initiatives in diversity, inclusion, and organizational growth. Her career has included pivotal roles in finance and steel marketing strategy, where she has driven impactful results.

Josie holds the Accredited in Public Relations (APR) designation from the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) and the Communication Management Professional (CMP®) certification from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She also earned a Certificate in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion from Osgoode Hall Law School, solidifying her expertise in fostering equitable and inclusive workplaces. As Vice President of the CPRS Hamilton Board of Directors and a sought-after speaker with the CPRS Speakers Bureau, Josie has shared her insights at prestigious international conferences and authored academic articles on the evolving nature of public relations and communication.
