Caileigh started working as an intern for the Viola-Salter Group at ScotiaMcLeod in 2019 during her second year at the University of Guelph. After juggling a full courseload and a part time internship, she transitioned into a full-time Financial Planner role with the firm upon graduation in 2022.
As a Senior Financial Planning Associate, Caileigh is responsible for building comprehensive financial plans to meet the needs of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. By acting as liaison between financial advisors and external partners, Caileigh provides a full range of solutions including estate and trust, credit, tax, and wealth protection to meet the needs of an array of clients.
While Caileigh is passionate about mentoring and empowering others by sharing her knowledge of wealth management and financial literacy, she is also committed to her own continued education as she works towards her Chartered Financial Planner and Chartered Financial Analyst designations. Caileigh is happy to connect with anyone who is looking to expand their financial literacy, or with any new or soon-to-be graduates looking to move into the wealth management industry.
